Consumer Mediation

How to resolve a disagreement with SLOWO: first together, then, if needed, through free external options.

Last updated: September 26, 2026
01

Start by writing to us

Most issues are easy to resolve. Before taking any other step, send a written complaint to hello@slowo.co stating:

  • your name;
  • your order number;
  • the nature of the problem and the solution you would like;
  • if possible, photos or any useful supporting documents.

We carefully review every request and look for an amicable solution.

02

Our response commitment

We acknowledge every written complaint and send a reasoned reply within 15 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can ask for your case to be reviewed a second time by SLOWO’s management.

Levis Global LLC, a company established in the United States, has not appointed a consumer mediator and therefore does not currently take part in consumer mediation proceedings. If it joins a mediation scheme, the mediator’s contact details will be published on this page and in the Terms of Sale.

03

Free external options

If the disagreement continues, you can, free of charge:

  • report the dispute on econsumer.gov, the portal of the International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network (ICPEN) for online purchases from a company based in another country;
  • if you live in the European Union, ask the European Consumer Centre in your country for advice;
  • if you live in France, report the issue on SignalConso, the French government’s consumer reporting service (DGCCRF);
  • get help from an approved consumer association or your local consumer protection agency.
04

European online dispute resolution platform

The European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was permanently closed by the European Union on July 20, 2025. It is therefore no longer offered as a means of recourse.

05

Other remedies

These steps are optional. You may bring the matter before the competent courts at any time, under the conditions set out in the Terms of Sale and by applicable law.
