Two roots. One conviction.
Go Chef
An inclusive project born on the ground, with the association Collectif Ensemble, from a concrete need for accessibility.
Ethical travel
A family life experience that broadened our perspective on rhythm, learning, and how to engage in an experience.
Hopla Chef: the inclusive root
The first founding pillar of SLOWO is Hopla Chef. Born in a ULIS class from a very concrete need, the project sought a simple answer: to allow all students to fully participate in a pastry workshop, despite differences in pace, understanding, or ability.
This reality gave birth to a book accessible to all, designed to be understood, shared, and passed on. With over 2,500 copies sold, a first prize at the APAJH Trophies, and a presentation to the Council of Europe, Hopla Chef has shown that a project conceived from the outset to be accessible, concrete, and human can reach far beyond its starting point.
Today, the project's social and educational mission is carried out by the Collectif Ensemble association, which extends this inclusive dynamic through its actions and projects.
Born in an ULIS class
A project born out of a real need for accessibility.
+ 2,500 copies
Widespread dissemination far beyond the school setting.
Nationally recognized
APAJH Trophies and Council of Europe.
True inclusion, considered from the outset, not added as an afterthought.
Responsible tourism: the momentum
The second founding pillar of SLOWO is our family solidarity trip. By changing our environment, pace, and perspective, we discovered another way to observe children, families, and learning.
On the road, through encounters and daily life, one truth became evident: learning isn't just about instructions or exercises. The rhythm, environment, emotion, and time allowed for experimentation profoundly change the experience.
When we slow down, we see differently. When we observe differently, we learn differently.
Rhythm matters
The frame counts
Experience counts
SLOWO comes to life
From concrete evidence of inclusion with Hopla Chef to the broadened vision born from the journey, SLOWO now comes to life through three complementary universes.
The action continues with Collectif Ensemble
Born from a genuinely inclusive dynamic, SLOWO's story remains linked to a broader mission. This mission extends into the field through Collectif Ensemble, an association committed to making inclusion concrete, useful, and sustainable.
We don't just talk about inclusion. We make it real.
We don't just raise awareness. We transform.
We don't provide symbolic aid. We create solutions.
A true inclusion
Projects designed to concretely improve the lives of children with disabilities, illnesses, or in difficulty.
Funded shares
Raise funds, mobilize partners, and transform resources into useful actions on the ground.
A collective movement
Families, citizens, professionals, patrons, and ambassadors can all contribute to the same dynamic of transformation.
Every contribution helps to bring about concrete, inclusive, and humane solutions.
OUR BELIEF
Learning begins when the rhythm and accessibility become just right.
The conviction that links our history, our projects, and our vision.
