CANOPY Activity Book: Paco the Sloth
CANOPY · Paco the Sloth · 5 to 10 years
When traditional materials block a child, concrete tools can help them regain confidence.
Instructions that are too fast, too abstract, or too uniform can prevent some children from understanding, trying, and showing what they truly know.
The CANOPY Activity Book: Paco the Sloth offers a progressive experience made of observation, gestures, tracing, choices, and multisensory activities, to help children progress at their own pace.

Why this activity book is different
It's not a school workbook to fill out.
CANOPY transforms paper into a playground for exploration. The child can look, touch, trace, move, breathe, listen, invent, or simply take the time to observe before acting.
One suggestion at a time to make the activity clearer.
A word, a gesture, a drawing, a color, or silence can suffice.
A page can be explored in a few minutes or revisited multiple times.
The CANOPY method
Observe. Experiment. Integrate. Choose.
Observe
Identify shapes, paths, textures, and details.
Experiment
Trace, move, listen, breathe, and try without seeking a perfect answer.
Integrate
Revisit a sensation or activity to build lasting landmarks.
Choose
Decide how to participate and gradually gain autonomy.
In the activity book
Experiences to live, not just pages to complete.
Identify details, textures, and shapes.
Trace gently and organize your movements.
Breathe, slow down, and feel your body.
Create your own answers and make decisions.
